Quiz Retry & Review problem

Hi I hope someone can help

I have a quiz that gives the user 3 attempts to get all answers correct, my problem is this

If I set the "when revisiting" option on pages to "Reset initial state" it always shows all answers incorrect bar on "Review" & does not show the answer the user selected but it does show the "Submit" button on "Retry" - so "Retry" works correctly but "Review" does not - I can hide the incorrect bar, but the user cannot see the answer they selected compared to the correct answer, if I can show their answer the problem is solved.

If I select "Automatically decide"or "Resume saved state" the "Review" is correct but when a user tries to "Retry" it does not allow answers to be changed & shows "Prev"& "Next" buttons not the "Submit" button.

Please let me know if you have a solution to this

    Good Morning, Jonathan.

    That's a weird one! I wouldn't expect the when revisiting property to affect the evaluation of learner responses during Quiz Review and Quiz Retry like this.

    Can you please send us a copy of your .story project file for a closer look? Thanks!

    turn on the "Reset result" trigger for button in yourResult slide & set the "When Visiting" propertiesto resume saved state or automatic

    Hello,

    I have created a Storyline 360 Assessment and have marked that users are only allowed 3 tries. It works when they launch the course and retry 3 times during that initial launch.  However, when they relaunch the course, the attempts are reset and the user can take the quiz another 3 times.  I tried to do the above but when I select Action "Reset results", there is no option "when visiting".  Can you please look at the attached Storyline and let me know what I am doing wrong?  

    I also have set the timer at 120 minutes but this also resets every time the user launches the course.  How do I correct this?

    I am in a crunch and need this answered as soon as possible.  Per my company guidelines, I can't attach the file here but I can send it to you via my email.
