Quiz Review Slides all showing Red Incorrect Label
I created a new quiz with a new results slide, and when I test the Review Quiz option, every question is marked Red Incorrect. I expect the questions I got right to show as Green Correct bar at the bottom. Is there a trigger missing? I have the setting "show correct/incorrect responses when reviewing" selected.
I inserted the Review Quiz button from the Results Slide design directly. I see articles about this from 4-5 years ago but cannot find any detail that is recent.

Thanks for sharing your project file with us. The reason why your quiz is reviewing incorrectly is because you have the revisit behavior of your slides set to "Reset to initial state".
What this does is reset the state of your slide to how it was when your course was initially launched, effectively erasing any of the learner's responses. To correct the issue, change the revisit behavior to either "Resume saved state" or "Automatically decide".
