In a training environment, I agree that it is the best practice to leave feedback on. However, for compliance testing for licensing or certification, not giving feedback is the method used with these proctored tests (i.e., operator qualifications in the utility industry). I think this is expected to protect the integrity of the test. However, the user never knows what questions were missed, and those missed questions might be the basis for an operational error on the job.
