Hello, I am also having this issue. I have created a final test which has 1 attempt so it is a pass/fail scenario. When they fail it, they get the retry button. When the retry is selected, it goes to the first question and then it is frozen, I have to navigate back to the previous slide for each question, which then allows me to reanwser the questions. I have each question set to automatically decide when revisiting, and now I am going to try re-uploading to my LMS as reset to initial state to see if this helps. It works as it should in the preview, but for some reason is freezing once the zip is uploaded to the LMS.

Matthew published the project to SCORM Cloud and was able to retry the quiz at the end. It appears the issue is specific to your LMS, and the LMS provider may be able to provide more insights into this behavior.
