Reach 360: Assign vs Enroll Learner
I am using Reach 360 to enroll my testers in a Rise course. It has a quiz.
Once I enroll a learner does it email them? What the difference between assigning and enrolling a course?

Reach 360 distinguishes between assigning and enrolling in how learners are linked to the training.
Assigning a Course:
The admin designates specific learners or groups to a course, but the learner hasn't yet begun. When assigning, notification e-mails are usually sent out, but this is dependent on your organizations notification settings.
Enrolling Learners to a Course:
The learner becomes actively enrolled. The system automatically sends the notification e-mail, and tracks their progress once they start.
Essentially, assigning makes the training available to a learner, while enrolling initiates the learner’s participation and triggers the e-mail notification.
