reach 360 email
Can I send group emails from Reach 360? I would like to communicate with the users on how they like using Reach 360, and also inform them how to navigate around in Reach 360.

Currently, the ability to send group emails isn't a functionality of Reach 360. However, I can see where that would be useful when you want to explain to your learners how to use the platform. I can submit this as a feature request on your behalf!
Yes please! I would like to send a mass message of when a group's access to a course is being removed.
