Reach 360 showing completions for failed Rise 360 course quiz results
I have a short SOC compliance course for internal users that I developed in Rise 360. The quiz settings are configured so the learner needs a 75% to pass, and they are allowed 3 attempts. The published version in Reach 360 is configured with passing the quiz as the completion requirement. But, Reach show users who failed the quiz as having completed it. Is there something I'm missing here?

Update: from the learner's perspective, they were locked out of the course due to three failed attempts. Why is the Reach reporting showing them to me as having completed it?
