Recent course font issues
Hi there. We have created and launched a number of e-learning courses in our LMS over the past couple years using the SST font family, which is our company's brand standard font. However, when launching a recent course using this font for non-English languages (e.g., French, German, Italian, etc.), some characters converted to improper characters when published in the LMS. For example, the 'f' in some languages was changed to a box with a question mark it. Extra space was between letters in other instances, and overall the fonts just looked very different from the appropriate SST font and the .story file.
Was there a recent update within Articulate that could be causing this to now be appearing? Or a change in publishing to SCORM? The previous courses that are active in our LMS still look as they should, using the SST font, so it does not seem to be an issue with the font within our LMS.
We are anxious to find out what is causing this issue to occur. In the meantime, we have found that switching to the Arial font works, but is not brand compliant for us.
