Recording plays in double time!

Help! I started doing a narrative voice over on my slides with a Conambo JBT800 Bluetooth  headset/microphone. When I go review the slide, it sounds like I'm a member of the chipmunks and speeds up my recording in double time. 

Is this an Articulate issue or a headset issue? Any insight would be appreciated.

    Let's try some troubleshooting steps to figure out the cause of the "chipmunk audio":

    • Do you have another headset or a microphone you can test with? It would be interesting to find out if this is only happening with the Conambo headset.
    • Can you share your file either publicly here or privately through a support case? I'd be curious to know if the accelerated playback is the issue or if the recording is also fast.
