Recruitment and Selection elearning course
Hello,
Has anybody created some accessible creative elearning around Recruitment and Selection. I have seen some and to be fair it's been quite boring but I think it's because the subject is dry. Any suggestions or demo's on how to make a serious subject like Recruitment and Selection interactive, entertaining and yet rememberable.
I am creating one now. I am using lots of animation and interaction. The training will also have built in learning checks throughout it to help keep the learner engaged and paying attention.

Perhaps the community might have some examples to share as well!
