Replay Layer animations

Hi.

I am trying to find a way to get a layer to replay on the click of a button.

I have a layer that executes a series of animations (text and graphics). There is quite a lot for someone to take in all in one go, so I'd like them to be able to replay the layer to watch it again.

I have done a search and the last answers to this were several years ago which makes me think that by now the software has evolved and ther eis a better way to do it.

If not - please can the software evolve and there be a better way to do this?
