Replay won't publish

Question

HELP!&nbsp; Replay won't publish any of my videos.&nbsp; I've tried different videos, added elements, deleted elements, created new videos. logged out and restarted by computer.&nbsp; Replay works perfectly until I try to publish and then I get the standard "we're sorry.&nbsp; Something went wrong&nbsp; with Articulate Replay and it might close" message.&nbsp; I really need to publish my videos.

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry you're experiencing issues when attempting to publish a video using Replay 360.
Let me ask you a few questions to narrow down this issue:

Are you working&nbsp;from a&nbsp;local hard drive? We don't recommend working with files on a network drive as it can cause erratic behavior.
Have you attempted to&nbsp;repair Replay 360?

If a repair doesn't solve it, the next step is to&nbsp;connect with one of our support engineers through a case.
