Resources will not display when published

Using Articulate Studio in PowerPoint, my Resources button seems to preview fine, but then when I publish, it's not there. I've tried moving the Resources button to the right, the left, and even to be a tab beside Menu. I've published to Review and also to LMS, with the same result. Help!

    Happy to help here, John!

If I understand correctly, the Resources player tab doesn't show on the player after publishing.

    1. In case those settings aren't sticking, let's double-check that the Resource player tab is still enabled in the player after you closed out:

    2. If that box is already checked, follow these steps to repair Studio 360.

If you're referring to the attached resources not showing up, are you manually attaching them each time you create a new project, and do you see them in the Player's Resources tab:

Keep me posted so we can keep troubleshooting this!

Thanks very much, Becca. After I got your reply I opened my PPT project again, and Player Features indeed still showed the Resources box checked (at Topbar Left). So I followed the steps you shared to repair Studio 360. Once that was all done, unfortunately I still see the same issue. Everything looks fine in the Player's preview, but if I publish, it's not there, and even if I preview a range of slides, the Resources button is not there. Inside of Player Properties, I can see the three resources, which I added manually just like the How-To that you shared. (One is a hyperlink to a website, the other two are documents that I browsed to add.)
