Restart Rise Quiz

Hello - We are working with our accreditation organization to offer credits for microlearnings.  The requirement for microlearnings is the learner must earn 100% on the quiz or they have to retake the whole course.  I built the course in Rise.  How can I force the learner to start over if they fail?

    I am dealing with the same issue and have not had success in making this happen in rise of in my LMS. When learner fails all attempts they are stuck in limbo and cannot advance, retake the quiz or restart the module.

        Thanks for reaching out! Happy to share case details on expected behavior from my colleague Nikko! 

        Currently, Rise 360 doesn’t have a built-in feature to automatically reset progress or force a full course restart after a failed assessment. The “Restart Course” button can visually take the learner back to the first lesson, but it won’t reset their progress or quiz results. That said, some LMSs may allow learners to reset their progress or enforce retake rules based on completion or score reporting.
