Results configuration for LMS registration

Hi all, 

writing this post to check for advice or light on an issue I am struggling with an storyline course registration in LMS (staging environment for the moment).
Everything in the course works fine, except it does not get registered in LMS.

I am attaching screenshots of Storyline and publish options.

To mention, in previous versions I had an additional Complete as Passed/Failed when click on Exit - and double registration trigger - but still it did not work.
