Resume not working in web published course
I am having an issue with courses not resuming when published to the web, even though I have it set to "Prompt to resume" in the Storyline > Resume setting. Users report that they need to restart on...
For me, the "Prompt to Resume" feature works fine when published in web format. However, it doesn't function properly when published as LMS/LRS or even in Review 360 format.

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.
If your course's resume still doesn't work after being uploaded to your LMS, please share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. I'd like to see if your course is exceeding the suspend data limit, which is responsible for resuming your course. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
