Hi Carol,
I tested your file using SCORM cloud and viewed it using Google Chrome and was able to resume the course. It is possible that the issue is the suspend_data limit of your LMS. I would check in with your LMS to get there input on the issue.

Hi John, thank you for your response. I have reached out to our LMS team. I did upgrade and publish in 2004
And thought I had the issue resolved, So hopefully our LMS team can take it from their end.Carol Stout
