First off, here's more information about using slide numbers in Storyline 360.
Are you comfortable sharing your file so I can take a look? You can do that by using the "Add Attachment" button on this discussion. If you prefer to share the file privately, you can do so by using this link for our Support Engineers to take a look. Either way, we'll delete the file after testing.
