Review 360 - Rise .. Feedback disappeared
Hi,
I got some feedback on a Rise course in Review 360. I made some changes (not addressing all feedback), published a new version and now all the feedback has disappeared.
I found an old thread which said I can return to a previous version and see the feedback against it. However, when I go back to Version 1 - there is no feedback.
Please advise.

Sorry to hear about your comments. I'll be glad to help you locate them. First, here are a few possible reasons why your comment disappeared:
- You may have duplicated your Rise 360 course before publishing it to an existing Review 360 course. Comments are course-specific, and a duplicate of a course won't have any of the comments from the existing course due to them having different course IDs. If you published a duplicated course, locate the original one and your comments should be there.
- Your comments may be in the resolved section.
If your comments are not in the resolved section, and you didn't duplicate your course, please open a case with our support team here for further assistance.

Thank you for this. None of the above worked or were the situation.
However, the comments came back yesterday, so it's all good now.
