First, I'd like to confirm I understand the issue you're running into. It sounds like you're unable to view the integrated Review 360 comments from within Storyline 360.
- Can you please confirm if you're working on your local drive?
- Does this happen with every course or one specific course? If this happens with multiple courses, you can try a Storyline repair
