Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear you've hit this snag!
First, I'd like to confirm I understand the issue you're running into. It sounds like you're unable to view the integrated Review 360 comments from within Storyline 360.
- Can you please confirm if you're working on your local drive?
- Does this happen with every course or one specific course? If this happens with multiple courses, you can try a Storyline repair

Hi.
- I am working on .story files that are local. They are saved to a cloud periodically but the files in question are fully downloaded and local on my computer.
- So far the issue has occurred on a number of .story files I am currently developing. I will look into the Storyline repair.
