Review 360 Export Comments to CSV
Hello, I am trying to export comments to CSV but each time I get a download of False.htm. This has never happened before. Is this a system issue?
Thank you!

Hi Kathleen, and welcome to the E-Learning Heroes Community! Glad you're here! 🥳
Thanks so much for reaching out! I'm happy to help!
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue when exporting your Review 360 comments to CSV. I have a few clarifying questions to better understand your setup:
- Could you please share with me what browser you are currently using? Some other community members had great success when switching from Firefox to Chrome.
- If you were to try this with another course, are you experiencing this same Fals.htm file download?
- Have you tried clearing your browser's cache?
If you are still running into this error file, please feel free to share the CSV export file in this thread or privately in a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

I'm having the same issue exporting a PDF. Issue is if I show resolved comments before exporting, I get the False.htm file. If I revert back to hiding the unresolved comments, the PDF exports fine, but only showing unresolved comments. Works like this in latest versions of Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.
Hi Bob,
Thanks so much for reaching out! I see that you've opened a case and that you're working with my colleague Carlo. You're in excellent hands!
We'll continue the conversation over in your case.
Have a great start to your day!

Hello! The export to CSV issue has resurfaced, but it only affects one course, where I receive a CSV file with FALSE in cell A1 and nothing else. Screen capture attached for reference. I think it might be a setting specific to this course, but I'm unable to determine what it could be. I have tried Chrome and Firefox as well, with the same issue.
Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Hello KathleenWalsh-9,
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this again! Since you're only experiencing this with this specific project file, I'd be happy to take a closer look at your course, a copy of your Review link, and your current .CSV file to test this on my end. You can share materials in this thread or privately in a support case.
