Review 360 Not Playing Sound or Video Automatically
Greetings,
I am creating a short Storyline 360 project and am having difficulty getting the sound and video to work reliably and play automatically.
There is supposed to be background music on the second slide, 'Meet the Narrator'.
The video is supposed to play automatically on the third slide.

I have used this setup before, no problem, and this project was based off a copy of another project that worked out great. When I ran into problems with the copy I actually created a new one from scratch and it still didn't work. I am pretty stumped.
There appears to be a new bug with Review 360.
I utilize the Review 360 service heavily so I can get feedback and approval from my subject matter experts so I look forward to a speedy resolution.

Update: there appears to be an issue with Review 360 if the first slide is on automatically advance, then it will not automatically play the audio and video on subsequent slides. I noticed for things published today.
is such an issue automatically reported to Articulate from this community page or does the individual user have to log it ?

I'm glad to see VincentLayne and ThomasHadley-78 have already chimed in here.
I understand that your second slide has background audio, and the third has a video. Also, this was working before. Would you be willing to share a copy of your Storyline file here or privately through a support case so we can run some tests with it, especially with that setup? We'd be happy to help check whether this issue is a result of a Storyline update and what version it happened in.
You may also share it privately by sending it along in a support case. We'll delete it when we're done testing.

From your latest post it looks like you changed the setting so the user needs to click "next" on the first slide instead of automatically proceeding so all the following slides play audio and video.
In case it helps, I wanted to let you know that I tested your link on both Chrome and Firefox, even though you do have to click "next" on the first slide, everything else beyond that seems to be working as intended.
