Review 360: Notification of feedback in any course
Currently we host ~35 courses in Review360 for stakeholders to provide continuous feedback on. We do not know if there is feedback on a specific course unless we click on the course from the main list of content and see if it has feedback. This means we periodically need to click through each and every course to see if there is any feedback. Is there any way to raise the level of the notification such that a bubble (or similar) would appear at the top level, indicating feedback has been made on that course?

Have you adjusted your notification settings? https://community.articulate.com/series/how-content-owners-manage-review-360-items/articles/review-360-manage-feedback#notifcations

Thanks Ron! Not sure why we didn't notice this before. The email used is a shared inbox, thus some of us did not see the notifications.

I'd like to echo op's original question of whether a notification bubble could appear on the course in 360? I receive the email notifications, but it's easy to miss something with such an active inbox. It would be nice to know at a glance which courses have unresolved comments.
Hi Elizabeth,
Thanks for letting us know that you're interested in this feature. I've added your voice to the feature request that we have open for it and we'll be sure to let you know once it makes it to our product roadmap!
