I'm also having the same issue :( all of the ones I published for the last few hours are showing this message.

Well, now I know I am not the only one!

Just here to say the same thing, and I have a bunch of small storyline files going into Rise, and can not get any of them to work and am trying to meet a hard deadline.

Uh. All services are NOT operational! 
I can still not publish to Articulate Review and it hangs up at the same place.

I confirm, I also have the same problem.

I'm having the same issue. Tried publishing in Review a few times, but it just keeps showing the "item still processing....." message.
