Review 360 suddenly wants reviewers to enter email and password

Something has changed with my Review 360. When my usual client tries to leave a comment they are asked for an email and password . When they get in to leave a comment--Review 360's message indicates that Marcia (that' me) will be notified. I do not get a notification. When I go to Review 360, the comment displays in my Comments, yet there is no associated screen with the comment. 

Note: Today it looks like MS has added Bling to my screen. Could this be the issue?
