It sounds like the problem is isolated to the one reviewer given that no one on your team is encountering the same behavior. Please have them try the following troubleshooting steps to fix the issue:
- Have them clear their browser's cache
- Test the behavior on different browsers
- Make sure their OS and browsers are all up-to-date
- Test the behavior with all browser extensions temporarily disabled
