Rise 360 – Need course to be marked Complete even if learner fails the quiz

Hi,

I’m trying to configure a Rise 360 course so that the course is marked as Completed in our LMS even if the learner fails the final Knowledge Check.

Here is what I need:

• The course has an 11-question Knowledge Check.
• Passing score is 90%.
• Learners are allowed multiple attempts.
• If they pass, the course should be marked Completed.
• If they fail all available attempts, I still need the course to be marked Completed, rather than In Progress.
• The Knowledge Check is the final activity in the course.

Is this currently possible in Rise 360 with SCORM 1.2? If so, what exact settings should I use? If not, is there a recommended workaround that would allow the LMS to record the course as Completed even when the final quiz is failed?
