RISE 360 - Closing a Rise course by closing the browser versus the Exit Course button at the top right
Hello. I am wondering if there is a best practice for closing a RISE course. Socialized behaviour is that people close browser tabs when finished so for a RISE course is that a problem?
Or is it a "safer" (?) practice to use the "Exit Course" button at the top right of the RISE window?
Thanks!

Hi Sherry,
It depends on the requirements of your LMS.
For our LMS, if a student exits a course by closing the browser, none of their session progress or data will be saved. They will need to restart the course when they resume the course.
So in our case, students simply must use the "Exit Course" button for their progress and data to be saved to the LMS.
