Rise 360 - Quiz score not updating
Hi
I've created a course and published to our LMS in SCORM 1.2 format. If the quiz is completed correctly the first time, there's no issue - the course is marked complete.
If, however, the participant fails the first time but scores 100% in a subsequent attempt, their score isn't reflected and sometimes updates to a lesser score than previous attempts. I've seen a post here titled 'Course not Completing with unlimited quiz attempts', posted 2 yrs ago by Jim McKay which appears to be this issue.
Further to this, two courses were assigned to participants on the same day. There are also instances where if they complete one of these and get it right, it marks them as completed but when they complete the second course, it marks both as in progress.
Below are the screenshots showing how the quiz has been set up. I'd appreciate any help.

Hi, I'm no expert, but have you tried setting your reporting status to passed/failed instead? That's what we do with our Rise courses where it's tracking on a quiz result and we don't have an issue.

Hi, thanks for the guidance Liz. Selecting that option created a duplicate course in the employee's profile, although no link to start the course. I tried the 'complete / incomplete' option and that resolved the issue of a duplicate course being created.
It didn't resolve the issue of previously completed courses that were recently created / completed reverting to being in progress.
