Rise 360 - Single License - Transfer to new user
Hi Team,
Looking for some guidance on the limitations and process of migrating our single Rise360 license from a user that has left to a new staff member.
A lot of the existing threads and EULA are referencing teams and Articulate 360, but I cannot see an approved method to change this for our subscription.
Are you able to assist?

This process details how to do it in Team mode, we have no such option on our system, I only see personal details when looking at my account information and there are no other users of the platform in the organisation.

Are you speaking about a Freelance type account?

If you hover over your icon in the top right-hand corner of this browser page, you should see an Account option.
If you click on Account it should show your account details in the left panel of the page that opens.
This is what I see:
If I select Team Info, it shows everyone in my organization that has Teams account.
Your account page may look different.
