Rise 360 - Video not loading in uploaded LMS course

Hi, 

my colleague is having issues with a video in an uploaded RISE course. It only applies to one video in a single chapter, all other videos are working. This video is not showing up, nor playing. On my machine it is working though.

Do you have any idea what is the issue?

    Hi Ariane. Sorry to hear that one of your videos isn't showing up or playing. I can see that you have a support case with us but it mentions a video in a Storyline course and the issue happens in Review 360 and your LMS. Is that the same issue you are referring to?
