Can't seem to load MP4s to Rise

Hiya,
I am having issues with uploading MP4s into Rise.&nbsp; No matter what software I use to created them, I cannot get an MP4 to load.&nbsp; It is just a never ending "Processing Video" icon.&nbsp; I have even used Peek and Replay and nothing will load.&nbsp; Please help!

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.&nbsp;I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience.&nbsp;

How big is the video you are uploading? The maximum file size for each video is 5 GB.
Are you able to upload images to the image block?&nbsp;
Have you tried disabling compression for your video to see if this helps? Here's how.
Has your organization added Articulate's endpoint to their allowlist? This will ensure that all uploads are uninterrupted by security protocols.
