Rise 360 and mp4 download issues
Hello,
I am creating a course on Rise 360 and am unable to upload the mp4 videos. I keep getting an error message: "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported."
The three videos are mp4 videos, which Rise supports, so I'm perplexed.
