Rise 360 and Test Reset
I have a course in RISE with a test at the end. If someone completes it - and then wants to go back in and retake it - it takes them back to the last test question instead of staring them from the beginning. Is there a resolution for this?

The option to reset a Rise 360 will have to be done on your LMS. Kindly reach out to your LMS administrator to see if there is an option there to reset progress when learners reopen the course after completing it.
I've also added this ELH post to a feature request that we have open to add a "Prompt to Resume option" for Rise 360 courses. I'll let you know when it makes it to our product roadmap!
Yes, please add a prompt to Rise courses to "Resume" or "Restart". Storyline courses offer this prompt and it is very helpful.
