Rise 360 cover image and logo dimensions?
Does anyone know the the asset dimensions for the cover photo and logos you can upload to customize your Rise courses? Or where that info might be listed? It's not visible in settings screen of a course.
Thanks!

Hi all!
It looks like when Rise displays cover images in the navigation bar it crops them to an 11:8 aspect ratio, or something very close. When I upload an image at 960x720 (4:3), I lose slivers from the top and bottom edges in the navigation bar. When I upload at 1080x720 (3:2), I lose somewhat larger slices from the left and right edges. Uploading the same image at 990x720 (11:8) gives me a result that, at least on my display, has no visible losses in the navigation bar.
Hope this helps!

I can tell only one thing... If I did tool that does not align background image in same way on every device 20 years ago, I would not earn a penny as web developer.
I made 200px grid in photoshop and on every device, PC, tables and phone, grid is in different position compared to headers and titles. - RubnHerreraCommunity Member

Why hasn't this been implemented? This is a real pain point.

Hello @ArticulateStaffMember - How many votes do you need for a feature before it is added?

Hi Rush CILL,
Thanks for checking in on this! There currently hasn't been any movement on this as we prioritize other feature requests. I'm going to include your voice in the request. We’ll update this discussion when there is any news to share about this.
