Rise 360 Embedding a survey not working

Hi There, 
I'm using Zoom survey and would to embed it on the Rise page. 
When using the video embed and after I copy the URL from Zoom Survey, all Rise does is add the metadata and the link to access the survey. I would like the survey to appear on Rise page - If anyone could help, I would appreciate it.

    Are you using the Embed block?

    The survey tool that we use provides both an Embed code and a URL, which behave differently.
