Rise 360 Not working
Hi Guys, my Rise 360 will not open. If I can get it to open, it's taking forever to load... Then when it does load it says 504 Gateway Time-Out.
I've restarted my computer, and checked my internet connection ((all good here))
It was working earlier, but now it's just not... I can open Review 360, but I can't get anything else to work, any ideas? Is anyone else experiencing this too?

Thanks for reaching out! Rise 360 was down briefly yesterday. It's back up and running normally now. We're really sorry for any difficulty this caused.

I am trying to access a Rise course to make an update. I keep getting 504 Gateway Time-Out.

I am also having issues with Rise. Same as everyone else, Articulate will open, but when I click on Rise I get the 504 Gateway Time-out.

We are still having issues with Rise, we've cleared our cache and tried multiple browsers. 8 of us are still getting '504 Gateway Time Out'

I can confirm that this is still an issue. I was using the system up until about 20 minutes ago, at which point it started throwing the '504 Gateway Time-out' errors. This was the same issue that I faced yesterday evening.

This is still an issue for us as well. Getting 504 error when trying to load Rise. This is now a major issue for us as it is impacting our clients.

I've been unable to access Rise for the last 3 hours. However, someone else on my team was able to log in using my details from another computer in a different location, so it can't be universal. Restarted but it didn't help. I also tried launching Articulate first, before selecting Rise360 from the menu at the top of the page. I can access Review360 but not Rise. Totally confusing!

Yeah, Rise is still having issues. Pretty sure they're aware and working to fix the issue. Until then, it's a bad day for ID/eLearning devs... I'm taking the day to build all custom interactions in Storyline and/or create videos. If you can, I recommend working on something else until the issue is resolved.
