Rise 360 Temporarily Unavailable
During a training session today, 27/03/2024, part way through a Rise 360 session our trainees started receiving the following message:
503 Service Temporarily Unavailable
Some of our trainees continue to have access, where as, others are locked out.
Has anyone any information that may assist with trouble shooting this issue?

Thanks for reaching out! Rise 360 was down briefly yesterday. It's back up and running normally now. We're really sorry for any difficulty this caused.
