Rise and Compatability with Moodle
Hello, I have been building courses in Rise, and when I attempt to upload the SCORMs to Moodle (4.1.9), it appears to upload just fine, and saves, but when I go to look at it, it does not show the course material, just the TOC, and none of the arrows work. The example below was published as a SCORM 2.1, but I have tried all of the options. And this is very hit or miss. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Any insights? I have dozens of other Rise courses that uploaded just fine; this has only been an issue in the last 5 weeks; and I do not have the same issue uploading SCORMs generated through Storyline. We recommend testing your course in another LMS like SCORM Cloud to see if the behavior you're experiencing is specific to Moodle (4.1.9). It might also help to test using Moodle's most recent version, 4.5, to see if you get the same results.
If the issue is specific to Moodle, please work with their support team to fix it. If you can replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, please open a case with our support team here so we can request a copy of your course for testing.
