Rise and exit Button on Android Device

Users in China with an Android system have experienced a problem with an eLearning module. In particular, once they have completed the course, they do not have the option of an 'exit' button. All other users with an Apple system, on the other hand, did not experience this problem. 


Do you know what could be?

    Hi Martina,

    I am sorry to hear the exit course button is missing for your Android users in China. I can see that you have submitted a support case, and Mick is requesting a copy of your Rise 360 course and SCORM package. When you have the time, feel free to send them over to Mick. I hope the issue gets resolved soon.
