RISE and Litmos - upload failing
Hello - I wonder whether anyone has had problems uploading a Rise zip to the Litmos LMS? I have had no problems at all until recently but now the upload fails every time with a 'Communication error ...
Hi Holly! Smart idea to test the output file in SCORM Cloud, since that's usually the first thing we recommend!
Have you tried simply unzipping the output and rezipping it before uploading it to Litmos?

I'm still waiting to hear from Litmos about what they think the issue is.
