SCORM File Upload Failed: SuccessFactors

Question

Howdy friends! I'm here seeking an answer that seems to be a mixed bag of sorts. We're trying to get a couple of courses uploaded and SuccessFactors keep throwing back a "Failed" status. The error log is quite robust, but it keeps pointing to a .jpg file within the SCORM itself. However, even after removing it and redownloading the file, it's still there?? I'd rather not clog this discussion with the whole error, but I went through the whole thing.. the error with the .jpg is the only one.&nbsp;
Has anyone had this issue before? What did you do to solve it? I went through each file in the SCORM and didn't find any spaces or special characters. We also have a file size limit in our system (200MB) and these files are well below that.&nbsp;

I have ran across the dreaded SCORM file upload error before. I couple of techniques that help be diagnosis the issue was, uploading the SCORM file to a test site like SCORM cloud or absorb, just to make sure it isn't anything going on with my LMS. Also wondering if you save your image file as a .png just to see if that effects the upload error issue. Would love to know if any of these help, or work.&nbsp;

Hey xavier65frans​ &amp; JustinGarrett21​ — I'm curious, are these two separate inquiries, or two comments about the same scenario? I'm guessing it's the later but let me know if I'm off base.&nbsp;A couple of things I would try:&nbsp;- Any time you're getting a persistent error even after the problem seems to have been resolved, that points me to think there may be some kind of caching issue going on. I'm guessing you may have tried this already, but as a first step I would just make sure you clear out history &amp;/or re-start any applications that are a part of this operation to see if that helps clear out the memory and give you a fresh start with the file now that you've removed the offending .jpg. So: clear cache of your browser, restart computer, log out/in of the applications, etc.&nbsp;- I also did some research on this issue and it sounds like the two basic troubleshooting steps that SuccessFactors would have suggested beyond what I shared above (checking all file types are compatible, making sure the entire package is under the size limit) are things you've already checked and noted in your comment- Outside of that, I think my next step would be to contact SAP's team and see if they can dig into the actual file/instance to see what might be going on.&nbsp;Let me know if this helps at all!&nbsp;
