RISE and Litmos - upload failing

Hello - I wonder whether anyone has had problems uploading a Rise zip to the Litmos LMS? I have had no problems at all until recently but now the upload fails every time with a 'Communication error ...

Following this thread for a resolution. i use Litmos and Articulate seamlessly for years. Litmos has not been helpful getting this resolved. My biggest issue I cant tell if the file from Articulate  coming across incorrectly or if it is LITMOS not reading the file correctly when uploading the SCORM file for creating new module.

    Hi Ed,

    One troubleshooting step that you can try is to upload your course in SCORM Cloud. This will help isolate if there's an issue with the Rise 360 package that you're uploading to an LMS. If the upload works in SCORM Cloud and your courses launch just fine there, you can open a support case with the Litmos Support Team and share your findings with them so they can check why your course is not uploading successfully in their environment.
