Rise Closed Captions Not Working

I am having the same problem with a vtt-File. In an number of videos in other courses the captions work. Today I created a new course, uploaded a video and its corresponding caption file but the captions are not shown. I have tested the vtt with two different validators and everything is ok. Thus I have the impression that there's an issue with Rise 360.
