Rise Course Duplicate – Videos Not Playing
Hi all,
When I duplicate a Rise course, the videos in the copied version won’t play. I get this error:
"The media could not be loaded..."
Even if I keep the duplicate in the same folder, the issue persists.
Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Do other users experience the same issue with this course? If you duplicate a different course that contains videos, do the videos play as expected?
Here are a few troubleshooting steps to get started:
- Rename and save the duplicate course, then try viewing again
- Try viewing the duplicate course in a different browser
- Clear your browser cache
If none of those do the trick, it'd be helpful to take a look at your file. You can share it with our team in a support case, and we'll delete it from our system once troubleshooting is complete!
