Rise courses gone & dashboard completely empty

Yesterday everything was working great, but then today, I login to my account only to find that my entire dashboard of courses / work has disappeared. The account says "start trial" in the top right corner, which is weird because my employer already pays for account / subscription. Anyone else experience the same?
