Hi Jeroen,

Thanks for outlining what you’re seeing and for the clear example! Rise 360 courses can take a few seconds to initialize after the LMS SCORM player loads, especially when the browser is fetching course assets for the first time. That delay can feel like a blank screen before the Rise loading state appears.

We don’t have a setting today that lets the Rise loading message appear right away after launch, but I’ve shared your feedback with our product team. Improving the hand-off between the LMS loader and Rise’s own loading state would definitely make for a smoother experience.

You may also reach out to us in a support case so our engineers can review one of your SCORM exports and see if there’s anything we can suggest to help improve loading times in your particular setup.
