Rise loading state and loading time

I created a support case and uploaded one of our SCORM files so you have a better idea of how our files work (which is mostly standard Rise in a SCORM export).
We understand that Rise works a little different and the loading time will also depend on the size of the e-learning and used media. But any improvement in the User experience would be appreciated!
