Rise Microlearning Cover Page Not Visible
I have published and republished Rise microlessons to SCORM to upload to an LMS. I have the "Hide Cover Page" setting turned off for all of the lessons, but some of them are still hiding the cover page when I open the lessons in the LMS.
Is anyone else having this issue? Is this a glitch?

Hekki MichelleArgu394,
Sorry to hear that you ran into this behavior. I tested this using a new microlearning course and the feature to hide the cover page in the publishing settings worked without issue. I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify your experience since we're not seeing this behavior reported by other users:
- Have you tried clearing your LMS's cache to see if your LMS may be caching older versions of your courses?
- Does viewing your courses in incognito mode or using other browsers result in the same behavior?
- Have you tried clearing your browser's cache?
- Can you replicate the behavior consistently using another LMS?
If you can replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, or if you can observe similar issues when you publish your course to Review 360, open a case with our support team here to connect with a support engineer for further assistance.

I'm having the same issue. By chance is your LMS Cornerstone?
Hi RickDunaway-a20!
Thanks for reaching out!
I can confirm this is the expected behavior for Rise 360 Microlearnings that have been published to LMS, with Hide Cover Page toggled Off. I completely understand this may appear as a bug. However, the 'Cover Page' that displays during playback is acting more as a Lesson header than a Cover Page. We're also tracking a feature request to enhance this functionality and improve the clarity for authors. I've included your voice in the feature report!
In the meantime, selecting the 'White' option from Theme > Cover Page, is a valid workaround to prevent any image from being shown at the start of a Microlearning.
Please let me know if you have any more questions!
