Rise Module Progress Not Saving in ADP LMS
Can anyone offer insight into why a learners progress in a Rise module is not saving in ADP LMS?
We've confirmed setting and checked that the reset learner progress option in SCORM settings is NOT selected.

Are you running your courses in a new window or within the LMS UI?
On the Rise Export page, what are your selected Tracking and Reporting options?
Did you publish your course with the Exit Course Link?
I am also having this same issue within ADP. My completion is 100%, but my score shows 0% (screenshot attached). What am I doing wrong?
Settings selected in Rise Export:
Export type: LMS (SCORM 1.2)
Reporting: Passed/Incomplete
Exit Link: On
- HI Sara! I would suggest troubleshooting your file in SCORM Cloud to check if the behavior is the same.
